Profile: Christine administers all the Company’s benefits programs, including the ESOP Plan, oversees payroll operations and Paycom, and participates in the ESOP Culture and Communications Committee.

One of Christine’s most significant accomplishments included recently collaborating with her colleagues to revamp the performance management competencies to align with the Company’s core values and ensure the new competencies measure the skills of all employee owners.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys live music, spending time with family and friends, and playing board games.
