What do you like most about your role/job at Guttman/Source One OR what do you like most about working at Guttman/Source One?
“I have a very diverse role at Guttman. I am fortunate to be able to work with all departments and entities within the organization. My job day- to-day is never the same. It is also fast paced, which I really enjoy.”
What Core Values speaks to you the most and why?
“Respect is very important. A lack of respect can cause stress and may make you feel as though your role is not meaningful or helpful to the Company. Respect is motivating and helps to improve collaboration among teams when people feel respected.”
What is one of your proudest professional accomplishments at Guttman/Source One?
“It is hard to narrow down to just one. In 2019, I worked with an outside consultant and a team of employees to form what we call, the Brand Ambassador Team. The group consisted of team members from various parts of the organization. As a result, we created a new mission and core values that are still instrumental today with the Company. I am very proud of all the work that has gone into the team. We’ve done a great job as an organization at integrating the Core Values across the Company, and actively participate in volunteer events and opportunities across the Mon Valley area.”
